Hands On - Dinner Class Boeuf Bourguignon. Boeuf Bourguignon was created in Burgundy, France. The reputation of French cuisine is based on this famous entree that uses such ingredients as "beef, onions, mushrooms and red wine"...yummy. Of course a good bottle of wine is a must for this recipe!

European Apple Strudel $49.00 Class with Sonja Vracko 
Authentic Apple Strudel is delicious and virtually impossible to find in this country.

Apple Strudel Class

German born Sonja Vracko who was raised in Germany and Austria will teach this class. She will give a hands on demonstration on the European APPLE STRUDEL ( Apfelstrudel).

Everyone will get into the act making and pulling the dough that fits into the palm of your hand. You will stretch it to fit over a 42 inch round table. Then comes the fun: spreading all the goodies on top. After it is baked you will enjoy the fruits of your labor with coffee or tea at an elegantly appointed table in a beautiful French Country setting.

Take home Sonja's recipe along with your own Apple Strudel.

We also have one night class scheduled with Sonja for March 7, 2006 for 5:00-9:00 PM

Master Chef Andre Mercier $99.00 Alsacienne Choucroute Class 
Andre is back by special request! We are celebrating a French Alsatian Menu. Master Chef Andre Mercier's passion for cooking is an art form, come and watch him perform his culinary skills on March 18, 2006. He really puts on a show! You can eat authentic Alsacienne cuisine right here in Woodinville and save the expense of flying to France for this tasting experience!

She will present three simple, versatile doughs that offer endless possibilities for the inspired baker. You will personally hand-craft breads throughout the entire weekend, and create and partake in abundant feasts centered on your authentic, rustic loaves.
