Saturday cooking class for two is included in this

Our idea is still the same-- our menu is centered
around the freshest of
seasonal bounty available. You'll learn first hand how
to prepare recipes
and then enjoy the fruits of your labor. Come, be our

Dinner Cooking Classes
Enjoy worldclass cuisine during one of our two
afternoon/dinner cooking classes planned for
September. This will be an adventure in the kitchen
that will demonstrate traditional French cooking,
basic techniques and style at it's best! Menu can be

Take our classes and fulfill your wish to become
a gourmet chef or indulge your fantasy to learn to
make dishes not readily available elsewhere. Each
class consists of four courses and is limited to a
place
setting for twelve student cooks. Expect the table
setting to be exquisitely appointed with crystal
stemware, sterling silver, ware china and hand
embroidered
table linen.
