Edge of Seattle Cooking Classes-- last two weekends each month Our menu is changed and created monthly based on the month's seasonal menu theme. When you take our classes you can fulfill your wish to become a gourmet chef, or indulge your fantasy of learning to make dishes not readily available elsewhere.
