June is the beginning of summer. We have two menus especially designed to celebrate Summer and it's bounty in the Pacific Northwest. L'Auberge at The Edge of Seattle invites you to attend our June Dinner Cooking Classes on June 19 and June 26. Join "Master Chef" Andre Mercier who will create a fun and relaxing adventure in the kitchen. He will teach and demonstrate traditional French cooking, basic techniques and style at it's best. These adventures in cooking are limited to a seating of twelve. Arrive for the afternoon/evening class at 3:00 p.m. for a truly memorable experience-- Only $99.00 per person. Chef Andre will serve a 4-course dinner in the dining room replete with fine china, crystal, embroidered linen and sterling silver settings making this a truly exquisite experience. L'Auberge at The Edge of Seattle is a guesthouse located on the Eastside of Seattle nestled on five wooded acres. The setting is reminiscent of the French Loire countryside in a contemporary estate house hosted by Nancy Douglas, the proprietress of L'Auberge at The Edge of Seattle. Bon Appetite! ![]() |
