Greetings,
It's a good time of you to get out for a drive and come visit. Just call ahead for an appointment here and we will have hot coffee or tea awaiting your arrival. We have been busy finding fine new pieces and have much quality to offer. So come out, take a relaxed look and relax. we are always glad to here about your new projects and antique needs.
There is always excitement here as new finds come in. This gilt early Georgian mirror is from a local collection. Dating in the mid 1700's, this looking glass displays excellent rococo movement with openwork scrolls in tendrils and leafage with floral mounts. The glass has some waviness and mild distressing. Good gilt surface with only minor retouches. Ht. 46 1/2", W. 20".
An opportunitunity for this high quality at $2495. Do not hesitate.

Just from a lakes area condominium, these chairs were used by this family for two generations  as a "harlequin " dining set. All six are in period, 18th century, and of English origin, They are of mahogany with nicely polished finishes. The group includes a pair and four side chairs. All have the similar square legs with stretchers. I may have armchairs that could make the set of eight. Sold as a set of six only.
The mahogany "bachelor's chest"  features fine flame grained veneers and a banded  "tea caddy" type top. In other words, it has no overhang. The drawers are graduated in size and have cock-beaded edges. This chest has the somewhat rare brishslide feature which is a  board that pulls out at the top edge as a work surface. Please note the flaring "French " feet. A great usable size, 34 1/2" wide,31' high, and 19' deep.
May I offer more detailed images or information?  We look forward to your call or visit.

Best regards and thanks,

Bob Riesberg
