A Tea Among Flowers - Friday, November 9th
Doors open at 11:30 AM, with the tea from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at at the St. Francis- in-the Valley Episcopal Church, 600 S La Canada Drive. Space is limited so advance purchase of tickets is advised. Tickets are available here or from the Green Valley/Sahuarita Chamber of Commerce at $10.00 each.
The event's highlight is a silent auction of forty original Joan Lewis watercolors painted for the book "A Field Guide to Madera Canyon Wildflowers" and donated to the Friends of Madera Canyon. The Tea will offer an assortment of tea sandwiches, feature an edible fruit arrangement at each table, and include delectable dessert items and different and exciting teas. Tamara Kahrimanis will provide piano music for your enjoyment and Carl Perry will play his Native American Flute.
