Help Us Share Gifts of Grace
Dear Pastor:
I pray you and your family enjoyed a blessed Christmas and that 2012 is off to a great start.
On behalf of the Sierra Lutheran High School community, I would like to have you prayerfully consider making your community aware of an important event on our calendar, the Gifts of Grace Dinner-Auction.
Based upon Romans 12:6, "Having gifts that differ according to the grace given to us, let us use them," the Gifts of Grace Dinner Auction helps SLHS fund tuition assistance for families in need. With the highest unemployment and foreclosure rates in the nation, more families than ever need tuition assistance, which means we have an even greater responsibility now to generate more funds through this important event .
Below is a summary of the event that we would appreciate having inserted in your bulletin over the next couple of Sundays. If you have other ways / ideas about helping us promote this event before your community, please let us know!
