1. Who Should Come?
Anyone currently involved in NFP presentations, Marriage Prep Facilitators, and volunteers. Those interested in how NFP works and its benefits. Those interested in spreading NFP information to their parish and local community.
2. What is NFP?
NFP, Natural Family Planning is based upon a couple's knowledge and understanding of the naturally-occurring phases of fertility and infertility within a woman's system. Only NFP preserves and protects the full truth and beauty of married sexuality as God intended: a union that is full, free, faithful, and fruitful. With NFP, fertility is observed as a part of health, not disease. It is a system that is specifically not a natural contraceptive. These principles make this system distinctly different from contraception, artificial or natural. Couples who practice NFP understand the biology and the theology of their bodies and can successfully promote or postpone pregnancy.
