Dear Friends,

If you're planning to decorate Easter eggs this year, or if you're preparing hard-boiled eggs for your Passover seder, visit the Culinary Arts Web site for egg safety tips to help you and your family stay healthy.

And remember, use one set of eggs for decorating and hunting, and another for eating. Or to be really safe, use plastic eggs for your Easter egg hunt instead of real ones. Under no circumstances should you let anyone eat eggs that have been unrefrigerated (whether at room temperature or outside) for more than two hours. That includes hard-boiled egg used as part of the Passover seder.

If you need us, Immediate Care is open:

Saturday, April 7, 9 am - 9 pm

Sunday, April 8, 11 am - 5 pm.

Wishing you a happy, healthy Spring!

As it turns out, your office is lethal in more ways than one. You already know sitting all day will kill you, but another cause of death may be the person sitting in the cube next to you.

An infographic from Human Resources MBA explains that co-workers are a contributing factor to work-related stress. In fact, middle-aged workers who have poor relationships with their co-workers are 2.4 times more likely to die earlier.

Here's a summary of the various types of allergy medications and why they're used.

Eat More Soy: Lower Your Cholesterol!

Studies have shown that some people may be able to significantly lower their cholesterol levels by adding more soy to their diet.

However, this approach to cholesterol management appeared to only be effective for a small group of people. In spite of this earlier evidence, new research indicates that the majority of people may benefit from a soy-based diet.
