BLC Summer Mission Team Update

  

Our first three teams have completed their mission trips to the BLC. The teams served tirelessly and completed several work projects that will have a lasting impact at the BLC. 90 holes were dug to plant fruit trees on the property at the BLC and 65 trees have already been planted. Rocks were laid and cement poured for a sidewalk in front of the wash house, which provides a clean path to the clothes line for the boys. The sidewalk in front of the workshops was completed, which provides easy access to the each of the workshops. Our final team of the summer arrives today, Friday, July 15, and they will finish planting the fruit trees as well as painting the ceiling in the Cafeteria.
