Take part in this unique opportunity to travel to the Bolivia Life Center orphanage for the first ever BLC anniversary team. You will have the chance to celebrate the orphanage's 8th anniversary with CIN director, John Hernandez and participate in the 3rd Annual Prayer Run with the boys.

Transportation Needs at the BLC
The Bolivia Life Center orphanage is in great need of a 15 passenger van for transportation to school, church, medical visits and field trips. The possibility of purchasing such a vehicle in Bolivia is limited and very expensive. We are looking for a 2007 or newer model here in the USA that we can ship to the orphanage. Do you have a van or know someone that does? Would you be interested in donating it to help the children at the Bolivia Life Center? Or, would you like to donate financially to help meet this need? We are hopeful to send the van to the orphanage this summer.

Backpack Drive
We have been presented with an opportunity to purchase high quality backpacks for just $5 each. We would love to bless each of the boys with a new backpack stuffed with school supplies this summer. For $25, we can purchase a backpack and school supplies for a child.
The boys will be on winter break in July. Like returning to school after the holidays in the States, returning to school for the second semester in Bolivia is an exciting time. Will you help us send our children back for a new semester prepared and ready to learn?

Colombia Life Center Update
A child at the Colombia Life Center safe house has been able to celebrate her birthday for the first time since her father was killed. Leyda's father was killed near her birthday several years ago, and her family was not been able to celebrate her birthday due to the painful memories of this horrific event. This year, the youth group from our partner church threw a special celebration for this young girl on her 13th birthday. It was a milestone in the healing process for this family at the Colombia Life Center safe house. They are now realizing they can celebrate her birth while cherishing the memories of their father's life.

Bolivia Life Center Update
There are two new projects underway at the Bolivia Life Center orphanage that will allow designated space and the proper equipment for a Barber shop and a sewing room. The Life Center currently has all of the equipment necessary to have a functioning Barber shop where all of the boys will receive hair cuts. The space for the Barber shop is under construction but will be completed within the next few months. Several of the older boys at the Life Center have received their hair cutting certification through a course they took last year and are now trained to cut the other boys' hair.
The sewing room is completed with nearly all of the equipment needed. This room will be used to repair torn clothing and backpacks, which is a common occurrence at the Life Center. This room will also allow the boys to learn the trade of sewing through craft projects that require the use of the sewing machine.
