If you have not yet purchased your tickets to Mardi Gras, please do so ASAP.  

A table of 10 (RESERVED) costs $500 ($50 per seat) whether or not you pay early.

Open Seating = Any individual or group of less than 10. Cost $55, as of February 6th.

Reserved Seating = Group of 10 people who have paid $500 for the table ($50 per ticket regardless of when payment is made).
