Sorrow in Our Parish
 William Lewis "Bill" Wiley, 49, brother of Melissa Haggard, died on November 15 in Glasgow, Kentucky. A memorial service will be held on today at 1 p.m. in Glasgow. Messages of condolence may be sent to Melissa and Mike Haggard at 4249 Watertrace Drive, Lexington, KY 40515. Read his obituary.
