Sorrow in Our Parish
Martha Crutcher, mother of Good Shepherd communicant Stephen Crutcher, died on Wednesday in Frankfort. Her funeral is at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 9, 2011, at the Rogers Funeral Home, 507 W 2nd Street in Frankfort. Mrs. Crutcher was a member of the Episcopal Church of the Ascension in Frankfort. Messages of condolence may be sent to Stephen and the Crutcher family at 6202 Old Richmond Road, Lexington, Kentucky 40515. Let us pray.

O God, whose mercies cannot be numbered: Accept our prayers on behalf of your servant Martha, and grant her an entrance into the land of light and joy, in the fellowship of your saints; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and for ever. Amen.
