Fast and Accurate Multi-Axis Backgaging
You need fast, accurate and versatile backgaging. Cincinnati's 5- and 6-axis backgages give you all that and more. Unlike standard or traditional gages, Cincinnati backgages offer:
- Programmable gaging in X, Y, and Z axis
- Hinged gage fingers
- Multiple gaging points
- X-axis accuracy/repeatability of +/0.001"
- Ability to gage complex parts and switch from large to small in seconds
 The video below features our 6-axis backgage, which is an option on 90 to 350 ton Cincinnati Maxform press brakes. This precision backgage uses linear drive motors for the X- and Z-axis which results in speeds of 3,000 ipm.
