Loco Cycling and Independent Fabrication bring you Raid Rockingham! "Are you are looking for a cycling challenge, a great ride with friends and an opportunity to kick back afterward to swap stories? Well, we have the ride for you. The Rockingham Raid combines elements of the area's best roads on a supported course, with a great party awaiting you at the finish.
There will be Smuttynose beer on tap and some tasty grub to match. We'll even throw in a tour of the Independent Fabrication Bike Factory and some awesome swag and prizes.......because that's how we roll."
Raid - Their definition? A raid is a challenging route that includes a significant amount of packed-gravel riding and at least one major climbing segment. This is not a race. A properly prepared rider and bike of most any type can do this. Their guarantee - you will finish tired but feeling accomplished.
It's probably not for everybody, but you're not everybody, right?

The Newmarket Mills Marina:
Slips available now for seasonal rental! This striper was caught behind the Mill just a couple of weeks ago.

The Marina offers easy access to Great Bay via the Lamprey River. The slips can accommodate boats up to 23 feet. The cost for the season is $2,000. We plan to have our docks in the water within the next couple of weeks. Please contact Jared for more information.
Phase II Apartment Update:
The 56 apartments in Building L&M are almost fully leased, with just 3 remaining. These 3 are all two-level apartments, perfect for someone who wants more separation between "sleeping" and "living" spaces. The studio, loft, one and two bedrooms that have been rented will be ready for new residents to move in in August.
We are now entering the final phase of the apartment construction with Building K. These 18 unique spaces will be ready for occupancy in September. Building K features a mix of one bedrooms and wide open lofts. The apartments span from the front to the back of the building and therefore have both river and courtyard views. The top floor is already studded out, so you can schedule a tour of the actual spaces with

We are offering a $200 incentive to all current tenants who refer a new commercial tenant to any of the Great Mills Management properties. The details:
Offer expires 6/30/12. The person that you refer needs to submit the following prior to 6/30/12:
- Deposit
- One year signed lease with a start date of no later than 6/30/12.
- Referral payment is per leased space with a minimum monthly rent of $200.
- Referred must be a new tenant to the Great Mills Management properties.
- Upon first inquiry your referral needs to mention that they have been referred by you.
The $200 referral fee can be deducted from your rent or sent as a check to you - it's your choice. Money will be credited or sent to you upon the signing of the lease.
