Welcome to Newmarket Mills
We are working fast and furiously to complete the apartments that will be ready for new residents on February 1st. Chinburg Builders and Great Mills Management staff will help to make move-ins go smoothly. We will be on hand all day to direct traffic, answer any questions, help residents get their bearings and provide refreshments and introductions. The excitement is building as we move toward this milestone.
The floor plans for Phase 2 Buildings L and M are almost ready to be released. There will be a solid mix of live/work, open concept loft, studio, one and two bedrooms apartments. Many of these have river views and all will have the same high quality level of interior fit up as Phase 1.
The model apartment is still available for future residents to see the finishes, including; concrete countertops, stainless steel appliances, polished concrete floors with radiant heat, contemporary cabinets, oversized windows, molding detail and more. New Tenants: In December we welcomed another footwear industry company to the mill. Novation North America, Inc. "opened for business" in Suite 224. Novation North America, Inc. is the exclusive US importer and distributor of Italian footwear brands Cosmas®, Kayland®, and TCX®, all of which are known in their respective markets for exceptional comfort, performance, quality, and innovation. Their mission is to establish the US market as the largest market, globally, for each of its three brands by providing excellent customer service, dependable delivery, and competitive pricing to their dealer partners. General Manager Brent Merriam invited visitors to come in and browse through some "for sale" inventory. "As a former distributor for Bailo apparel, we have some samples of fine men's and women's clothing that we'd like to sell. Feel free to stop by and browse Monday - Friday after 4:00 p.m." News:  Over the last month there were exciting developments along the waterfront. We were able to take advantage of the warm weather in late December and put in the necessary infrastructure for the Newmarket Mills Marina. With more recent morning temperatures hovering around 5 degrees, it is nice to dream of glorious summer days on the Lamprey River and Great Bay. There are 5 slips available to lease. The slips can accommodate up to 20 foot boats. We will offer the slips to residential and commercial tenants first. If we have any spots remaining, we will lease them to other interested boat owners. There will be a reserved space at the dock for short-term visitors, as well as a space for kayak and non-motorized boats to launch. Leasing Information:
Monthly residential rental fees include heat, hot water, parking, free WiFi and laundry hookups. Phase 2 waterfront apartments will be ready for occupancy this summer.
Commercial space is available now. Commercial tenants will be welcome to use the bike and kayak storage, fitness facilities, outdoor parks, cafe and conference room, as they are completed.
