Model Open House
Saturday, November 5th

Our furnished model is ready! Please come to our first apartment open house this coming Saturday, November 5th. Join the Great Mills Management Team for refreshments. You will be entered into a raffle to win a framed panorama of the mill, just for signing in. We will be available to answer your questions about pricing, layouts, availability and the lifestyle at Newmarket Mills. We are currently accepting deposits for apartments for February occupancy. More then 40% of Phase 1 (Building N/N1 at 55 Main Street) has already been reserved.
Parking will be available in the Courtyard and on Main Street. Please follow the open house signs to enter the building through the Courtyard North Entrance. Proceed up two flights of stairs to Unit #303. For your own safety we ask that you do not go into areas that are blocked off or marked as under construction.

Craghoppers Sample Sale November 4th, 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Stop by the Craghoppers sample sale for some incredible bargains on outdoor clothing, including; hiking pants, fleeces, waterproof jackets and more. Outdoor clothing in Men's Medium, Women's Size 6 and Children's 7-8. Only cash will be accepted. Craghoppers is in Suite 219, located through the Main Street North Entrance, under the Bike Factory sign.
This month we welcome Headlinerz Barber Shop to the Mill community. When Chad visited the mill space he knew that he wanted to relocate his existing business from Hampton to Newmarket. He has added many personal touches to furnish his space, so that it is eclectic and inviting.
How does a hot steam towel shave or a head and shave combo sound? Chad offers style cuts, fades, mohawks, blow outs, tapers, flat tops, military, multi-cultural cuts and even some head art. Headlinerz is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Headlinerz offers discounts to students, military, law enforcement and firefighters.
Leasing Information
Monthly residential rental fees include heat, hot water, parking, free WiFi and laundry hookups. Leasing of apartments has begun, for occupancy in February. Our model will open November 5th. Commercial space is available now. Commercial tenants will be welcome to use the bike and kayak storage, fitness facilities, outdoor parks, cafe and conference room, as they are completed.
