Newmarket Mills Newsletter - Volume 4 |

Welcome to Newmarket Mills
You may have noticed a theme among the types of businesses that are choosing to move to Newmarket Mills. Creative, entrepreneurial, and many are focused on supporting healthy outdoor lifestyles. In this edition we are excited to welcome LOCO Sports to the mill community.
LOCO Sports is an event management company that produces running races year round. Founded in 2004 as a running shoe company, LOCO has morphed into one of the largest organizers of running events in New England. The company now manages 10 events, most with over 1,000 participants. One of their most popular races is the Great Bay Half Marathon, held every April in Newmarket, with nearly 2,000 runners and featuring an exciting downtown finish. The calendar of events is available on the LOCO web site.
As the vacant spaces fill up with a mix of interesting enterprises, we have brainstormed about what sorts of additional businesses we would like to join our community. Over 38,000 square feet of space is already leased, with about 12,000 remaining to be filled. We have a street side, ground level space that we think would be perfect for a wine/small plates/tapas bar. There is even room for outdoor tables along the walkway to the terrace and park. Know of anyone who has an established business or a dream to create this sort of venue? Please send them our way!
We offer the first sneak peek at a two of the floor plans for the residential apartments in building N/N1.
