Greetings!  Trust you are enjoying the beautiful cool fall weather in Austin, Texas. My grand daughter Berlin has celebrated her 1st birthday nearly two months ago!

 

The summer blew the third quarter away with many challenges giving more opporunity for growth, special thanks to our members and practitioners for their continued support and commitment, I am deeply grateful for this life.

Our third Community Healing Day for the year was held in September and we managed to raise and donate another $243, the record amount raised in 2011 so far,  making our donation todate, $1288 to Mobile Loaves & Fishes since June 2010.  Thanks to our visitors and practitioners for their contribution.  We are hoping that you will be able to join us on our next CHD on Dec 3rd.  Please check out the agenda closer to the time, we are planning for an exciting day.

 

The Dahn Yoga Newsletter for October 2011 can be downloaded here.  You will see that there are great training opporutities and retreats planned for the last quarter of 2011.

For the last quarter of 2011, Aikido classes will continue every Monday and Thursday evening with beginner class starting at 7:30pm and advance class starting at 8:30pm.  Children are welcome.   Dahn Yoga class schedule remains unchanged except that we have added lunch time classes on Mon, Wed & Thu.  If you wish start, call the center to schedule your intro session or schedule your intro session here online.  If you have already done the intro session you can sign up and reserve classes online here.  We will continue to have our Open family class every Saturday at 10am.
