Boat-Naming Contest Three days remain in the latest boat-naming contest. The
competition is TIGHT! Shannon Darlington's "Sugar" is currently
in the yellow jersey, while Justin Wade is nipping at her heels with
"Sloop du Jour." The DSC Outreach Staff (a sentimental favorite
endorsed by none other than Peter Hegel) is not far off the pace, but looking
for all the help they can get with the oh-so-fast sounding, "Shake-n-Bake." The contest ends at 5 p.m. Friday when the final donations
will be tallied. Wide mouthed envelopes are waiting in the office, so stop by
and cast your votes! View our Facebook page for daily updates on the winning name! |

Baltimore-Annapolis Sailing Club Event At Little Havana
Have
you ever wanted to crash a party? You know, just walk in like you
own the place, talk to the party goers and wow them with your knowledge
of all things sailing?
How
about you racers? Ever wanted to come off the water and show off your
yachtie karate to a crowd of folks who didn't see you shrimp the kite
at the last leeward mark?
This Thursday the Baltimore-Annapolis Sailing Club (BASC) will be
investigating the mysterious mixology of the the mojito at Little
Havana and they have invited us to crash their party.
This
event is designed to showcase the DSC's outstanding people and programs to members of
