Simplifying Service Request Entry from Multiple Software Platforms

Most service management companies receive email based work orders from multiple technologies used by their customers including FM Pilot, FM Maintenance and ServiceChannel; just to name a few. Using different software platforms for managing the work order process is both cumbersome and costly and typically results in the need for the double entry of data in both the customer and the service management company system.
WorkOasis is working to solve this problem. The first step is the introduction of a technology solution we have dubbed "the email parser" which enables you to electronically:
· Capture and post an email from any system into WorkOasis
· Easily copy work order detail using drag and drop features
· Utilize the active links in the email within the WorkOasis work order frame
· Utilize email alerts and notification upon receipt
· Archive all email records as attachments to the service record
