Friends of the Library
Join Friends of the Library Tuesday February 1 at 10 am.  Friends will talk about the spring book sale March 11 and 12.  During Tuesday's meeting, the Friends will vote for the Friend of the Year Award 2010.
Frank Jones Story Telling

Tuesday, February 1 at 7pm.  Stories for this month will be "My Hometown is Gone Forever", "Uncle Willie Halbrook of Scotland", and "Alfred Lord Tennyson lied to us!"

Happenstance: Acoustic Americana
Friday, February 4 at 7pm.  Drawing upon acoustic music, folk, and Americana primarily, Happenstance plays a melting pot of musical genres, styles, and influences. Tunes are mostly originals, with well-selected cover tunes occasionally.

Afternoon Movie
Tuesday, February 8 at 4pm.  Alpha and Omega rated PG.
Free and open to the public.  Popcorn and drinks served.
After School Craft Time
Wednesday, February 16 from 3-5pm.  These crafts are a little more labor intensive than regular Wed. morning crafts but are not restricted to just after school children.  Snacks are served & families are encouraged to attend.

FREE Sign Language Classes
Begins Monday, February 7 at 6pm. This will be an ongoing class every Monday.  Each week we will focus on signs related to different topics and practice communicating using sign language. Practice sessions will build on, but not depend on prior knowledge. Students of all ages are welcome to join in occasionally or consistently.  Read More.....
2nd Thursday Book Club
Thursday, February 10 at 11am. Join in the discussion of Reading Lolita in Tehran: A Memoir in Books, a book by Iranian author and professor Azar Nafisi.
