Not a happy camper. Today's buy signal comes as a fluke just
after we thought the last signal would be a really good one. We still think it
will be. Comments on the chart point towards the key to our somewhat overriding
but experienced thought process which is that the trend of Percentimeter is
still down, and it does not look like it has any reason to make a bottom soon.
Significant overbought and oversold turns have well coincided with this flaky
market's tops and bottoms this year, and the trends have been helpful. But who
knows? For now the SPY model is long.
