Promote Your Business Everyone Has A Leadership Role Everyone in your organization has responsibilities and a role to play. They have to bring their best to what they do, no matter how big or small. And this shows. It is the difference between calling a business and having the first point of contact on the other line helping you decide whether you want to deal there.
Giving staff the tools to do their jobs well, and own their own part in leadership pays dividends. This may be as small as words of appreciation, or professional development opportunities to teach new skills in communication, organization, or selling.
Richard Branson, of Virgin Records fame often tells CEO's and business owners that the more details and leadership they can trust their staff to deal with, the more execs can free themselves up to concentrate on the bigger picture.

Rock 'n Red Deer This Friday, August 3 in Downtown
Every three years a weekend of nostalgia returns to Red Deer in the form of Alberta SuperRun Association's ROCK 'N RED DEER. This four day event includes the Downtown Cruise Night hosted by the Downtown Business Association.
Friday, August 3 from 6 to 10 pm, downtown becomes a scene from an era gone by with hundreds of cars strutting their chrome, polished paint jobs and rumbling mufflers. Gaetz Avenue between Ross and 49th Streets will be closed to traffic to provide an area for entertainment. Full details HERE

THANKS TO ALL WHO MADE CENTREFEST A SMASH!
We clapped, we sweated, we ooohhhhed and ahhhhhhhed. Centrefest once again stopped traffic and filled the streets of Downtown. Thank you to our presenting MNP for showering us with love, supporting the Late Night Show, making change on the street and being an overall great gang.
Circle Show A was sponsored by Stantec - thanks! Circle Show B sponsored by Duckerings Transport Ltd -merci! Atco flipped burgers at our launch. Many other sponsors, volunteers, contributors and made Centrefest's 10th Year very special. Reid Signs sponsored the Ronald McDonald House Show. Venture Tax&Accounting presented the first ever late night cabaret.
Businesses in the City of Red really show their stripes by caring for their community with sponsorships. To you we tip our hats, spin our hula hoops, and take a bow.
