Ministry Connection Make plans to attend our Ministry Connection Class on July 8th at 5:15 p.m. in Room 321 in the Worship Center. This class is offered for all those that are ready to get involved in ministry here at Butterfield Church. Childcare will be provided for ages infant through 3 years old. Powerhouse will be leaving on Sunday to go to Camp Victory and Blaze52 will be leaving on Thursday to go to Refine. Pray for a hand of protection as they travel to and from their destinations. Butterfield Church 7 Wonders of Summer Pastor Ronnie Gilmore has started a new sermon series on Sundays called, "The 7 Wonders of Summer." For the next few weeks, he will be addressing important topics such as, "I Wonder if I Could Bring a Missions Offering?" You can visit our website for a schedule of all the upcoming topics. Also, if you miss any of this series (with the exception of June 10th due to technical difficulties), you can order a copy at the Information Center. Individual DVDs are $10 each and CDs are $4, or you can purchase the entire DVD set for $25 or CD set for $20. Please note that payment is due when you order and they will be mailed to you when the series is completed. Fourth of July Celebration On Wednesday, July 4th Butterfield Church will be hosting a Fellowship Night at the Mission Mansion in Dyer, Arkansas in celebration of Independence Day, and YOU are invited! Join us at 7 p.m. for a cookout and a 20-minute professional fireworks display. Bring your entire family and enjoy hotdogs, hamburgers, homemade ice cream, horseshoes, washer board games, and most importantly, fellowship with good friends and church family! This event is FREE! We just ask that each family bring a bag of chips, a 2-liter of soda and your own lawn chairs. There will be plenty of shade from the heat and clean restrooms available. Please note that this event will take the place of our Wednesday evening service. Make plans to come and bring a friend for an evening of fun and excitement. Men's Golf Outing The next outing of the Men's "Butter" Cup Golf League will be held on Saturday, July 7th at Fianna Hills Golf Course in Fort Smith. Tee time is at 8 a.m. The cost to participate is $60. Please sign up and pre-pay at the Information Center. Sponsor A Backpack We are preparing for our Annual Back-to-School Bash in August and we need your help! Our goal this year is to provide each child with not only a new backpack with school supplies, but also a new outfit. $30.00 will sponsor one child.
