Fellowship Night
Food, fellowship and the Super Bowl-what a perfect combination! You don't want to miss our Fellowship Night on Sunday, February 5th starting at 5 p.m. in the Family Life Center. We will be watching the Super Bowl and eating chili, nachos and hot dogs. Bring your own chair-lawn chair, recliner, couch or whatever you can load and unload! We will not be having classes for children or youth that evening. So dress comfortably and come ready to have a good time! |

Annual Business Meeting
 Make plans now to attend our 2012 Business Meeting to be held on Thursday, February 9th at 6:30 p.m. in the Worship Center. If you are a member of Butterfield, we ask that you make every effort to be in attendance as we will be discussing important church issues, electing board members and hearing our Pastor's vision for 2012. |

Ladies' Conference
Mark your calendars for February 17th and 18th for our 4th Annual Ladies' Conference. You won't want to miss this time of awesome praise and worship, inspirational speakers and a chance to fellowship with other women. The conference will begin on Friday night from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Worship Center. Then on Saturday, we will have a continental breakfast starting at 8:15 a.m., and the conference will last from 9 a.m. until noon. If you sign up by our Early Bird Registration that ends on February 5th, you will receive a FREE t-shirt! The cost to attend is $20. Stop by the table set up in the Atrium to register and find out more information. |

Team Hogan
Several individuals in the community have organized fundraisers to help the Hogan's with expenses. As an effort to keep you updated on Team Hogan, we are including these events for your information.
Walk For The Hogan's
On Saturday, February 4th a 5K Run /1M Walk will be held at Lee Creek Park here in Van Buren. The registration cost is as follows: 19 years & up is $20.00, 7th -12th grades are $10.00 and 6th grade & under is free. The first 100 entries receive a free t-shirt. You may register at the Information Center. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to work the event, please contact Joseph Kelley.
3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
There will be a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 3rd hosted at Butterfield Church in the Family Life Center. It is $60.00 per team with double elimination. Micah Hogan CDs
Audra Hartley is organizing a fundraiser to sell CDs of Micah Hogan's recording for $10.00 each. This CD has 11 tracks which includes "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" with Crystal Hurst. These CDs can be pre-purchased at the Information Center. If CD needs to be mailed, it will be $2.00 extra. |

Volunteers Needed
There will be a work night at the Mission Mansion on
Thursday, February 2nd. We are in need of volunteers to remove the ceiling in the banquet room from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and volunteers to clean up from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you are able to help, please sign up at the Information Center. |

Ladies' Bible Study
Ladies, get ready for a new Bible Study! On February 14th we will begin a new Beth Moore study on "James: Mercy Triumphs." This Ladies' Bible Study is held on Tuesdays from 10 a.m. until noon in Room 1 of the Children/Youth Center. Please sign up at the Information Center and purchase your book at Lifeway Bookstore in Fort Smith by Sunday, February 12th. |

Young at Heart Sinatra Night
Adults 55+ are invited to join us for a Frank Sinatra Valentine's Day Dinner on Tuesday, February 14th at 6:30 p.m. in the Family Life Center. We will be playing "How well do you know me?" and having a contest for the best Sinatra impersonator. Chili and soup will be served. Please sign up at the Information Center by Sunday, February 12th if you wish to attend and let us know what you will be bringing. We are in need of the following: Soup, Chili, Fritos, Crackers, Shredded Cheese and Dessert. |

Gospel Fest
The 2nd Annual Gospel Fest will be held on Friday, February 24th at 7 p.m. at Harvest Time in Fort Smith. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the Information Center or the church office. All of the proceeds will go toward the UAFS Academy of the Arts. |

Sunday Night's Revival
Make plans to join us on Sunday, February 12th at 6 p.m. for our Sunday Night's Revival. Our first guest speaker will be Rev. Jerry Bell. Jerry is currently the National Director of U.S. Mission America Placement Service at the National Leadership & Resource Center in Springfield, MO and has served in that capacity since 2005. He and his wife Kay live in Ozark, Mo., have three children and have been married 45 years. You are sure to be blessed by this dynamic couple! |
