Annual Business Meeting
Make plans to join us for our Annual Business Meeting to take place on Thursday, February 9th. This meeting is for all members to hear the vision for 2012, vote on deacons and much more. There will not be any childcare provided for this evening.
Contribution Statements
Contribution statements can now be picked up at the Information Center. If you need your statement mailed, please call the church office.
Ladies' Conference

Mark your calendars for February 17th and 18th for our 4th Annual Ladies' Conference. You won't want to miss this time of awesome praise and worship, inspirational speakers and a chance to fellowship with other women. If you sign up by our Early Bird Registration that ends on February 5th, you will receive a FREE

t-shirt! The cost to attend is $20. Stop by the table set up in the Atrium to register and find out more information.

Gospel Fest
Purchase your tickets for the upcoming Gospel Fest to take place on Friday, February 24th at 7 p.m. at Harvest Time in Fort Smith. Tickets are $10.00 each and can be purchased at the Information Center or the church office. All proceeds go towards University of Fort Smith's Academy of the Arts.

Blood Drive 
 
This Wednesday evening, January 25th from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. we will be hosting a Blood Drive in the parking lot. Help save a life, give blood. 
Team Hogan 

Several individuals in the community have organized fundraisers to help the Hogan's with expenses. As an effort to keep you updated on Team Hogan, we are including these events for your information.

  

Walk For The Hogan's 

On Saturday, February 4th a 5K Run /1M Walk will be held at Lee Creek Park here in Van Buren. The registration cost is as follows: 19 years & up is $20.00, 7th -12th grades are $10.00 and 6th grade & under is free. The first 100 entries receive a free t-shirt. You may register at the Information Center. If you have any questions or would like to volunteer to work the event, please contact Joseph Kelley.

3-on-3 Basketball Tournament
There will be a 3-on-3 Basketball Tournament on Saturday, March 3rd hosted at Butterfield Church in the Family Life Center. It is $60.00 per team with double elimination. Micah Hogan CDs
Audra Hartley is organizing a fundraiser to sell CDs of Micah Hogan's recording for $10.00 each. This CD has 11 tracks which includes "His Eye Is On The Sparrow" with Crystal Hurst. These CDs can be pre-purchased at the Information Center. If CD needs to be mailed, it will be $2.00 extra.
Fellowship Night 
 
Make plans to join us Sunday, February 5th at 5 p.m. for our Fellowship Night. We will be watching the Super Bowl and just having a great night of fun and fellowship. Bring your own chair whether it be a lawn chair, recliner, couch or anything that you can load and unload. There will be no children or youth services scheduled for this evening. 
Mission Mansion Help Needed 
  
There will be a work night at the Mission Mansion on February 2nd. We need volunteers to remove the ceiling in the banquet room from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. and volunteers to clean up from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. If you would like to volunteer, please sign-up at the Information Center. 
Royal Rangers Grand Canyon Adventure Trip 
 

Butterfield Royal Rangers and Student Ministries are joining forces to offer High Adventure to young men from 7th -12th grade.  This year we will be traveling to the Grand Canyon in Northern Arizona on June 3rd through June 10th to backpack to the Colorado River and back to the canyon rim.  This event is open to young men that will be completing the 7th Grade up to the 12th grade.  Those that are 18 and older are also welcome.  This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to see an icon of the west, and experience an adventure of a lifetime!
