Deadline to sign-up for Turkeys for the Current Youth Fundraiser is November 20th.

The Current
The Current is accepting non-perishable food items for their Thanksgiving Food Giveaway. They are in need of the following items: Cranberry Sauce, can Corn, can Green Beans, box of Stuffing, Macaroni & Cheese and can Sweet Potatoes. All donations can be dropped off in the Information Center by this Sunday.

The Current Youth will be frying or smoking turkeys for $30.00 each. If you would like to order a turkey, please stop by the Information Center by November 20th. Turkeys will be delivered on November 23rd or 24th.

Book Sale 

This Sunday is the last day to bring your donated books for our upcoming Book Sale. Please remember only Christian books in good condition will be accepted. Donations can be turned into the Information Center.

 

Make plans to stop by the Book Sale in the atrium on Sunday, November 20th & 27th. All proceeds will go towards our Missions Department.

 
Christmas Bazaar
Make plans to join us this weekend for the ultimate shopping experience! Friday from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. is our 3rd Annual Christmas Bazaar. There will be shopping indoors and outdoors, delicious food and so much fun. "Carter's Man Cave" will be open on Friday and Saturday for the men to watch TV while the women shop. Friday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. there will be a mini-concert on the Shorty Roy Stage Trailer to help put you in the Christmas spirit. All day Saturday Make-n-Faces Face Painting will be set up so be sure to bring the kids. You won't want to miss!
 

thanksgivingCommunity Thanksgiving Service

Our 4th Annual Community Thanksgiving Service will take place on Wednesday, November 16th at 7 p.m. at the Van Buren Fine Arts Center. Join us for a time to give thanks, to worship and fellowship together as a community. Childcare is provided at Heritage United Methodist Church for children ages infant through Kindergarten. Powerhouse age and Blaze52 Youth will join us in the main service.
The Call
 
"The Call" will have a meeting on Monday, November 14th at Community Bible Church in Fort Smith from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. This meeting is for those who are interested in learning how to help with the Foster Care in our area.
