Deadlines:

Deadline to sign-up for Men's Golf League on October 15th is October 12th.

Deadline to purchase tickets for Fellowship Lunch on October 16th is October 12th.

Deadline to sign-up for the Mission Mansion Blitzing the Community on October 18th is

October 16th.

Deadline to sign-up for Young at Heart Mission Mansion Cookout on October 20th is

October 16th.

Deadline to sign-up for Water Baptismal on November 13th is October 30th.

Fellowship Lunch

Make plans to join us this Sunday at 11:30 a.m. for our Fellowship Lunch. This month will be Lambert's style. The menu consists of your choice of chicken breast or chicken fried steak, as much fried okra, fried potatoes, pinto beans and macaroni & tomatoes you can eat and of course, the rolls. Tickets must be purchased by this Wednesday. The cost is $10.00 for adults, $7.00 for senior adults (55+), $5.00 for children 12 & under and free for children 3 & under. Please note: tickets CAN NOT be purchased at the door.

Trunk or Treat

This year on October 31st we will be having a Trunk or Treat in place of our usual Kidz Blitz. We are needing a couple of things to make this a successful year. First, if you would like to donate individually wrapped candy, please drop it off in the barrel located in the Family Life Center foyer or in the Information Center. Second, we are in need of individuals to decorate their trunks. Use your imagination and the best trunk will receive a prize. Please no scary content. Each participant is responsible for working the trunk and passing out candy. We ask that you provide candy for your trunk as well, if possible. If you would like to be a trunk participant, please sign-up at the Information Center.

Mission Mansion

We will be blitzing the community around the Mission Mansion on Tuesday, October 18th to get the word out about the Cookout we are having on Thursday, October 20th. If you would like to help, please sign-up at the Information Center by this Sunday or call the church office.

The Young at Heart will not have a monthly gathering for October. Instead, they will be working the Cookout on October 20th. All the Young at Heart that are interested in helping that evening are asked to sign-up at the Information Center.
