Pastor Jason and Rhonda Adams will be team teaching this special class on the Holy Spirit for the next two Wednesday evenings. Topics will include: "The difference between corporate and private tongues", "Why do I need the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?", "How do I receive the Baptism of the Holy Spirit?" and "Understanding the Gifts of the Holy Spirit". This class takes place in Room 311 and runs parallel to the Adult Bible Study. CDs will be provided upon request by ordering at the Information Center.

Men's Basketball
Men over the age of 18 are invited to join us every Monday night from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. for a challenge spiritually and physically. Come shoot some hoops and enjoy the time away from the family, job or just life in general.

Blood Drive

January is National Blood Donor Month and find the hero in you and become a blood donor. United Blood Services will be here Wednesday, January 27th from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

JOY Group Fellowship

Not a Young Adult, but not Young at Heart? JOY is just the place for you! This group is for those that fall somehere in the middle (ages 35-55). Join us Saturday, January 30th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. in the Youth Center Cafe. Bring your favorite Italian dish. Good food, fun and fellowship will all be provided in one evening.

Please note: Childcare will not be provided for this event.

Encounter

Join us for an evening of fresh anointing!

Monday, February 1st will be our first Encounter Prayer & Worship Evening for the new year. Drop in anytime between 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and enter into worship or find a place to pray. This is your time to enter into the Holies of Holies without distraction, judgment or fear. Childcare is provided in Room 312 of the Worship Center for infant through three years old and in Room 106 of the Family Life Center for ages four to 5th grade.

Annual Business Meeting

Mark your calendars!

Wednesday, February 3rd will be our Annual Business Meeting. This meeting will take place of our normal Wednesday evening Bible study. All of our regular scheduled classes will be available with the exception of Ignite YAM and Prodigal Prayer Warriors. We will elect two deacons at this business meeting so come to make your vote count.

Deacon nominations will be accepted at the Information Center until Sunday, January 24th.

Ministry Connection

Ready to get plugged into ministry? Want more information regarding ministries available to you and your family? Join us Sunday, February 7th at 5:15 p.m. in Room 104 of the Family Life Center to get the answers that you seek. Childcare is available at the following locations: infant and one year olds in Room 320 (WC), two year olds and three year olds in Room 310 (WC) and ages four through 5th grade in Room 106 (FLC).

S.O.S. A Call To Love
Women, need a break from the day-to-day? Need a little inspiration, a challenge? Join us for our 2nd Annual Women's Conference "S.O.S. A Call To Love". This event will be held on Friday, February 19th and Saturday, February 20th. Special speakers Rhonda Adams, Twana Gilmore and Tonya Richmond will be speaking from their hearts and challenging you to the call of love.
