Join Any Body's Pilates and 90 other health-related exhibitors (including food vendors) at the Total Health Fair at the Omar Shrine Convention Center in Mount Pleasant, Sat Jan 15 10 am - 5pm and Jan 16 12 pm - 4pm.

Any Body's Pilates will be demonstrating the benefits of Pilates exercise on stage in the main exhibit hall at 12pm Sat and 2pm Sun. Attendance is FREE, so be sure to check it out.
