I hope this finds you doing well on this beautiful Monday afternoon!  Thank you for volunteering with the Hampton Roads Chapter of the American Red Cross.  Your contributions mean so much, to so many.

 

Please be advised, in observance of Veteran's Day, our office will be closed on Wednesday, November 11th.

 

We'd like to extend a sincere thank-you to those who attended our training session on November 3rd for volunteerism at the Hampton VA.  Judith Curtis and Danielle Westbrooks provided a stellar presentation, teaching our group the ins and outs of volunteering at the hospital.  We hope to involve Chapter volunteers in group activities in the near future.  If you missed the meeting and/or have questions, please contact Sheila Keenan, SAF Coordinator at 878-3339 or sheila.j.keenan@us.army.mil.  We will keep you posted on opportunities!

 

We'd also like to extend a sincere thank you to those who assisted with our Fall Thank-a-thon!  A group of Red Crossers wrote hand-written thank you cards to our generous financial donors on Friday, November 6th.  Your support really means a lot to those who graciously support Red Cross services.
