 Greetings!

Hope all is well.  WOW, is it just me or have we been in a time warp?  I can't believe how quickly the year is flying by.

If you are like me, you have been scrambling to take advantage of all the amazing opportunities each new season brings as well as completing actions on the to do list that didn't get done this summer.

Follow the links on this newsletter to see how we might partner in co-creating a life you love.

Looking forward to hearing from you soon. Keep in mind that distance coaching sessions can be done via phone or Skype.

Love & hugs,

Addictions or Integrity Anchors -
The choice is yours

Addictions - being abnormally tolerant to and dependent on something that is psychologically or physically habit-forming - has the potential to
limit the capacity to take responsibility for your life

There is a natural tendency to deny or avoid the areas we struggle. Often we'll overcompensate for an area that we don't feel good about by investing our time and energy somewhere else. It is possible that addictions get formed here as an expression of I don't know what else to do about that but I bet I can find fulfillment somewhere else. Even if we know that the experience or the fulfillment we get from the addiction will be temporary. Addictions are empty and temporary because they are only a substitute for what you are not taking responsibility for long term. Too much of what you don't need won't satisfy you nor will it address the concern at hand.

If you truly want to thrive in all areas, you must be willing to address and handle something you've most been avoiding.

Integrity Anchors -Thoughts, words and actions that are in alignment with creating and living a life that is fulfilling, engaging and satisfying. You are taking responsibility for your life and your life situations.

Integrity anchors are consistent actions over time that keep a desired result or experience in place and available. They are any practice or regular action that you set up as a structure to keep you in the presence of what's most important to you. Creating and using these integrity anchors will keep you aligned with excellence and ensure that you get to where you want to go. By using them to support your commitment to living at your best, you'll also find that you naturally inspire excellence and greatness in those around you. And what could be better than living an excellent, fulfilled and inspiring life with those you most love?

I would love to partner with you to create the Integrity Anchors that will have you experience "A LIFE YOU LOVE".
