Thank you for checking in and taking time to read this newsletter. I appreciate your time and interest.
How's your summer going so far? Excellent, Very good, Good, Average, Poor?
Hopefully all is going according to plan and all systems are in place for a spectacular summer. If not, it's not too late to put in the necessary adjustments to change the direction things are heading.
Consider one of the options in the left column, especially the June and August courses, Female & Fabulous, Living Fully Expressed and Ultimate Relationships Boot Camp to see what might work with your time, energy and financial budgets.
Also, check out my feature article on pages 18 & 19 in Evolving Magazine June 2012 issue.

Human behavior is strongly connected to environment. Don't be so quick to think that the choices you are making are really based on what is true at your core to live a life of peace, happiness or well-being.
A huge percentage of what you commit to, engage in or think about is more about your programming and conditioning than a result of your own beliefs, choices, preferences or opinions. How has your environment affected your interpretations of events, thoughts, beliefs, behavior and results?
We are creatures of habit. Because of that, it isn't in our nature to explore, go against the status quo, step outside of our usual way of doing things or ask a lot of questions on how to do things differently. We do what we do because it is the way it has always been done in our environment.
As a result of that, it isn't surprising that most people live just above or just below their threshold of tolerance for the condition of the situations in their lives. They know they aren't happy or fulfilled yet they don't take responsibility to do anything about it for fear of interrupting the tribal comfort zone. The problem is that zone isn't so comfortable any longer.
For how many of us has that become an accepted and unquestioned existence? There might be the occasional thought or hope for things to be different but we never really step out of the status quo for long periods of time. We settle for a less than peaceful, joyful or fulfilled experience.
Interrupting your personal threshold of tolerance will require you to get out of the Tribal Comfort Zone and take responsibility for the deeper longings of your soul. It is the difference between merely surviving and thriving.
I invite you to examine all those situations, people, fears, beliefs, moods, etc. that keep you living on a threshold of tolerance.
What is your next edge of growth, discovery or situation that is calling for you to push the envelope of your current comfort zone and threshold of tolerance? I look forward to partnering with you to bust through your THRESHOLD OF TOLERANCE!

"Denise has a teaching style that is part facilitator, part story teller, and part artist. Her gift is to allow the space for opening up with encouragement and compassion. Her stories artfully weave the lessons and learning together. The lessons readily adapt to real life. My journey toward wholeness and joy is laid out before me. It is now my choice. Denise has shown me that I have all I need."

I have taken a number of personal development courses which were coached by Denise over more than a decade. I rarely pass up an opportunity for personal or group coaching from Denise because she is insightful and she gently focuses me on the areas of growth which are open to me. With Denise's encouragement I have made significant changes in my life incorporating a healthier lifestyle and a life which incorporates others more inclusively. Denise is dynamic, organized, and very funny. I will always be on the look out for opportunities to hang out with Denise and to accept her guidance.

I speak and act with greater assurance, even knowing that sometimes I may do or say something that is less than perfect.
My coaching experiences with Denise have helped me achieve a joyous sense of wholeness and trust in myself. The jewel of becoming whole is that I feel like celebrating my kaleidoscope nature and appreciate my weaker aspects along with my stronger ones, my serious side as well as my whimsy, my shortcomings as well as my talents. I experience more sides of myself - both the dark and the light-and welcome them all with greater understanding for their many gifts.
I have a greater appreciation of how my choices lead me toward or away from my long-term goals or visions. I have anchored some of my choices in daily practices, freeing me to live more in the now.
I look forward to participating in other coaching experiences with Denise.
