If you answered yes to any one of the above questions, you are not alone. While there are many variables to one's individual situation, there is a proven system to turn things around. If, of course, that is what you truly want.
That system is momentum motivation. Action brings about clarity, focus, direction and results. Nothing happens until something moves. ACTION changes our perspective and opens possibilities.
Being momentum motivated is being open to learning, living with purpose and intention as you take care of business and move forward. You are likely to experience high energy, clarity, focus, results, effectiveness and a sense of being complete. You are taking responsibility and are living in integrity.
Misery motivation is when you are feeling stuck, not focused or not clear, waiting until you feel bad enough about yourself or about the situation to do something different or you are waiting for things to change on their own or you are waiting for someone else to do it for you.
If your motivation is misery then that is self-limiting and you have put your life on hold. You will continue to repeat thoughts, words or actions that are not working as you remain in the cycle of three steps forward, two steps back, feeling stuck, limited, helpless or hopeless.
Some people would rather suffer the misery they perceive and have practiced rather than face their fears or ask for support to expand outside of their comfort zone. The problem is, staying in a comfort zone isn't always comfortable, it is just the misery we know. This only allows for a limited range of thought, actions, conversations and results.
Tell tale signs that you are motivated by misery are low energy, shame, guilt, limiting beliefs, ineffective moods, attachments, addictions, intrigue, drama and suffering, etc.

My claim it that it is possible to unlearn your old programming of being misery motivated to becoming momentum motivated. If you are open to taking this on, you have the potential to experience more miracles than you ever thought possible.
