March 2012
--
Can you believe it's already March?
Our athletics teams have been enjoying an amazing season! Next weekend, our #1-ranked women's basketball team host the Canada West Final Four at the University of Regina!
In the coming weeks, we'll be visiting a number of schools across Saskatchewan and Manitoba, meeting students just like you. Why not snoop through our calendar?
In this issue, we'll talk about the benefits of studying through a Federated College, options for studying off-campus (including online classes), and the perks of applying before our March 15 Priority Deadline!
Finally, you're among the first to hear about our brand-new UR Gap Year Program, which can allow students to take a year off to travel or gain life experience before coming to university. Find out more about it at uregina.ca/futurestudents.
Realize. Your future is here.

 Why choose a federated college?
| The University of Regina is all about providing choice. For many programs (especially arts, fine arts and science), you may register directly through the U of R, or one of our three federated colleges: Campion College, First Nations University, or Luther College.
Luther, FNUniv and Campion offers the same academic rigour as the U of R, and students may access all U of R services, plus those of their federated college! Students benefit from smaller classes, personal academic advising, and additional scholarships!
Graduates earn a University of Regina degree, plus a citation from their college. There are no additional costs to studying through a federated college, so the benefits are yours to enjoy!
Learn more about our federated colleges by visiting the "About the U of R" section of our Future Students site. |
