Four New Videos Added To Our Website
In our ongoing effort to keep you abreast of developments within the Structured Settlement industry, I'm happy to announce the we just uploaded four new videos onto our website under the "What They're Saying" tab.
These segments, produced by the National Structured Settlements Trade Association (NSSTA), feature the following:

Las Vegas Mayor and attorney Oscar Goodman describing an immunization case he once handled for a client that involved a structured settlement and which, in addition to making case law, may have been the largest settlement ever achieved in the state of Nevada (Allison v. Merck);
- United States Congressman and former trial attorney Joe Courtney (CT) shares the story of one of his former clients who benefited from a structured settlement;
- United States Senator and former trial attorney Richard Durbin (IL) discusses a usury bill he introduced in an effort to, among other things, curb the practice of factoring (i.e. buying existing structured settlement benefits) which he considers "outrageous" and something that "should be illegal;"
