Let me shout it like the late Ed McMahon ......."Herrrrre's Jessica!"

Jessica's story with Sudden Service is one of faith, trust, and hope. She walked in faith not knowing on Tuesday, May 29, 2007 what she would encounter. She placed her trust in a plan and hoped for the best.
As a business owner, I love reflecting on those early beginnings. Jessica's memory might reveal a different emotion. She endured the hot 2007 summer without A/C, no time for lunch breaks, and sometimes even recruited and rode with her husband, Matt, to deliver freight on Friday nights. Good times, good times.
During these times I observed her resilience and determination to succeed. Those attributes were needed to build and execute our goal of delivering the best personal service in the industry. One strength I enjoy so much is her objectiveness- she is definitely not a "Yes" woman. We always challenge our ideas and come into an agreement that best suits our customer's needs.
Jessica and Matt reside in West Unity, Ohio. They enjoy riding their Harley while soaking up the warmth of summer. She loves college football and if there is ever division in her marriage, it falls on a certain game day. Jessica is an avid Ohio State fan (she attended OSU) and Matt is a wise, charming man who roots for Michigan. She is also a huge Detroit Tigers fan and almost never misses a home game. Her favorite color is pink and she is definitely all girl when it comes to our occasional insect guests that require a squishing, crushing, or flushing exit.
Here are some answers that she replied in an exclusive newsletter interview...
Nate: What is your funniest memory while working at Sudden Service?
Jess: It's a tie between the time when someone asked if I was helping my dad in the office or when a customer asked me if I'm sure I'm married because I can't possibly be old enough to have a husband.
Nate: What do you enjoy most about serving our customers?
Jess: The challenge of meeting all of their needs, 5 minutes ago, and doing so with a smile.
Nate: What words of encouragement would you offer?
Jess: Pray everyday. Just when you think you have it bad- turn on the TV, read the newspaper, talk to your neighbor or listen to the radio. You will see we all need to thank God and count our blessings each and every day.
