Message From the Executive Director

Page-Lake Powell Greetings!

November was a very busy month and December is promising more of the same.

The NACOG conference was a success. The City of Page and our many attractions were introduced to the Leaders from Coconino, Apache, Navajo, and Yavapai counties. Everyone was in awe of our wonderful back yard.

The 2009 Page - Lake Powell Hot Air Balloon Regatta was the best yet. The weather was perfect.  The Vendor Fair was balanced with great food, jewelry, and arts and crafts. The Balloon Glow was the grand finale for a perfect day. Many thanks to all the businesses and non-profit agencies for being a part of this annual event.

The Holiday Home Tours, Santa's Last Call, Powell Museum's Cowboy Christmas, Parade of Lights, Toys for Tots, Shop with a Cop and a Fireman are just some of the  holiday festivities happening this month. The December Holiday Chamber Mixer at the Ranch House Grill is our kick off party for the holiday season.

The really big news is: The Chamber of Commerce has a new home. We are located next to Cellular One on Lake Powell Boulevard. I want to thank everyone who helped paint, move, unpack, and ...
We could not have done it without you. The Page Fire Department was a big help with the move. Thank you very much.

The Chamber Board of Directors annual elections are currently being held. Please return your ballot by Friday, December 4, 2009. Ballots will be sent out in a separate mailing.

As we celebrate the holidays, please remember those less fortunate.  The Angel Trees, Toys for Tots, and the Circle of Page appreciate your generosity. Because, "yes, Virginia, there is a Santa Claus."

Have a safe and wonderful holiday, and a very Happy New Year!
