Message From the Executive Director

Page-Lake Powell Greetings!

Happy Fourth of July!

On this day we celebrate the day of our country's independence. We give thanks to the people, both past and present, who make our freedom possible.
This year we are proud to once again host the Fourth of July Celebration at the park and the Parade around Lake Powell Blvd. We hope that this is not only an opportunity for people to come together to enjoy the festivities, but also to give something back to the community that supports us.

Although the 4th of July is the most public day to celebration our freedom and support our troops, the Chamber strives to support our community and troops throughout the year. We work diligently with the VFW and other organizations to provide services and data to cater to their needs. When you see a Chamber member, please take the time to thank them. It is their membership that makes it possible for us to support these causes and host these events.

In anticipation of expanding our role, the Chamber board has authorized me to create an premium membership category available to those businesses that are wishing to upgrade. This would also allow these companies to take advantage of expanded marketing and publicity far in excess of the annual fee. We are pleased to announce that Lake Powell Resorts and Marina is the first company to sign up for this program, at the Platinum Membership level. If you are interested in finding out more about this program, please contact the Chamber at chamber@pagechamber.com or 928.645.2741.

Best Regards,
Vin Paitoon.

The Page Fire Department will bring the water truck and spray the kids and a mist tent will be set up for everyone to enjoy and cool off. The Pet Adoption Center will have a Wet-Pet T-Shirt contest; sign up at the Chamber, all proceeds will go towards the new center.

Fireworks Display - 9:00pm sharp. They are shot from the 13th hole of the Lake Powell Natinoal Golf Course, but can be seen from just about anywhere in town. ENJOY!!!!

This Chamber sponsored event is our way of thanking the citizens and businesses of Page for their support throughout the year and, what a better way to say thank you than to have a birthday party.

You may know Angie Woodberry from Angie's Grooming, because she keeps your pet beautiful for your family. But you may not know that she works hard to find families for animals that have none. With some community support Angie will be building the Page Animal Adoption Center, to help out local stray population.  Let's help her to help our animals.
