Greetings!
 I hope this finds you warm and comfy somewhere!
I wonder about you, did you know that? I wonder if you are a winter person who loves all this white fluffy snow we seem to be getting lots of in Canada this season. I wonder if you have locked yourself indoors praying the calendar pages fly by so it might be warm soon.
What do you do differently in winter to keep your skin and hair in great shape? Write to me, I would love to hear your ideas on this. Today I am going to tell you about some of my ideas about handling all this dry air and what it does to these bodies we shuffle around in.
I am using this new template newsletter system that I think I hate. Feel free to let me know what you think. However, in the interest of time and budget (does this time of cut backs and boring budgeting make you crazy too?)I will be using this type of letter for awhile.

New ellёnoire blog!
For years I have been told to keep a blog for my company. I thought about it and didn't think I had enough to say!
Some of you have been keeping up with my Breast Cancer blog over the last year;I think it is clear that I can't seem to stop talking!
So along with facebook, twitter and blogging about cancer I will be blogging about products and business and things I think you will find interesting. I hereby make a solemn vow to do my best to do my duty to my bloggy followers and blog as close to daily as I can!

Is your Hair in Heaven?
Or is it in a dry horrible hell?
My first question is: when was the last time you deep conditioned your hair? What? Really?
Is your hair in the best condition you think it could be?
In my world of Curly and Dry Hair(no, you do not have to be curly to have dry hair, nor to use this Fab product!) Deep Conditioning is essential, most especially at this time of year!
If you do it twice a month you will see a difference. If you do it once a week you will see a miracle!
In a cash crunch? Try a deep condition treatment with warm olive oil.

 Valentine's Day? What are your plans?
Will you be in the Dog House? The Poor House? or Happy Holding Hands with your beloved?
I hope it is the latter! Personally I like to think of Valentine's Day as the old tradition of giving little cards and gifts to the one we love. I envision an old fashioned Cupid on a lovely little card with a heart shaped box of rich and gooey chocolates. Unfortunately now many of the Valentines ideas out there are high in price, high in calories and low on quality; 3 things most of us cannot afford to spend our money on!

Cancer free is the way to be!
This week is the anniversary of my surgery.
Many of you have asked if I am now cancer free. Although medically this term is not used until 5 years has passed I live my life as if I am cancer free already. I am back at the store 5-7 days a week so do be sure to say hello when you pop in for a gift or your curly hair products! My desk is in the back.
My door (and email) is always open if you have questions about product, nutrition and yes, even cancer.
