 Dear friends of Elektra,

Our recent Chez Nous: Christmas with Elektra shows were a grand success and we want to thank all of you that joined us in New Westminster and Vancouver for the concerts.

It was also a wonderful way to debut our newest CD, also called Chez Nous: Christmas with Elektra. They sold like hotcakes, with many people telling us they were destined for holiday stockings and presents under the tree.

This issue of Elektric Wire includes the first official review of our sparkling new recording, information on our Mira mentoring programme for high shcool girls (application deadline, December 10), news of our upcoming Women's Choral Workshop and our Reading Session of New Compositions, and a chance for you to vote for Elektra in the WestEnder's Best of the City contest.
