Family Fun and Fitness Night Family, Fun , and Fitness Night is Tuesday, November 15, at 6:30 PM. Join us for games, nutrition information, exercise, prizes and more! A free raffle will be held for a brand new iPod Shuffle. Have your child wear "fitness" wear to school that day to celebrate the event!
A SNEAKER DRIVE will also be held during this event. Please bring slightly worn sneakers to the event. They will be donated to Richmond families in need this winter season. You will receive an extra raffle ticket for your donation. So come out to get healthy and support a great cause! Also, if you missed ordering new Spirit Wear styles earlier this year, it's not too late to get some CTES items. The PTA will be selling some remaining inventory from last year at the event. We have some shirts, great fleece jackets, flannel pants and car magnets. Bring your cash or checkbook and stop by the table. Spirit Wear makes a great holiday gift as well. Return to index |

November 15 is America Recycles Day
This week in the classroom, students decorated posters about the importance of recycling. These posters are part of a school-wide education contest. Winning posters will be announced on America Recycles Day! Remember to wear spirit wear or GREEN to celebrate this meaningful day! Every Thursday afternoon, Green Team students and parent volunteers collect ALL recycled materials throughout the school - and CTES recycles A LOT! During November, when you see a Green Team member or parent volunteer, please take a minute to thank them for all they do to help CTES and our community GO GREEN!
