Greetings!
We are happy to have you here at CTES to visit and volunteer! When you are finished helping out, please remember to sign OUT before leaving the building.Whenever we have a safety drill of any kind, we are checking our three ring binder to be sure we account for any and all visitors to our school.
After you drop-off or pick-up your child(ren), please maintain a safe speed in the parking lot until you are off of school grounds.
Thank you for your cooperation and continued support in making CTES a safe place for our children and staff!

Playground Enhancement
It's not too late to vote for your favorite playground enhancement. We will be accepting votes until 12:00 PM today. You can download a ballot here or get one from the front office. If you'd like to get another look at the two options, a display is located in the front hall across from the cafeteria or you can view pictures on the CTES PTA website.
Look for an announcement for the winning playground enhancement in your inbox later this afternoon.
Please remember only one vote per family!

PTA Membership and the Scout Fund - Still trying to reach our goal!
THANKS to all families who have responded and shown their support by joining the PTA. We also want to THANK ALL FAMILIES who have donated to the Scout Fund (our direct donation campaign). Any amount is truly appreciated! We still have room to go; we are only at 60% of the 2011-2012 goal. We know the start of the school year is always busy, but please take a moment to complete your donation if you haven't already. Remember, this replaces direct selling programs that other schools participate in to raise money.
This year, for every $50 donated, we'll give you $3 in Book Bucks. Book Bucks can be used for the Scholastic Book Fair happening the week of October 3rd. Donate now so you can earn your Book Bucks to use next week.
Forms are in the front office or on the CTES website. Return to index
