We are happy to introduce two new and delicious items:
Southwestern Salad
Freshly made salad topped with baked chicken, romaine lettuce, red cabbage, red and green bell peppers, black beans, corn, and feta cheese. Pour on our chipotle dressing for a delicious finish.
Southwestern Wrap
A savory wrap filled with grilled chicken, romaine lettuce, tomato, red onion, corn, black beans, red bell pepper and cheddar cheese. Wrapped in a honey wheat tortilla with chipotle sauce.

Next Month: Nicaraguan Coffee Next month we will introduce 'Nicaraguan Coffee', the coffee which holds the title of being a "Cup of Excellence". It is grown on the La Union estate.
Enjoy the exemplary taste of this award winning coffee, freshly roasted by our Probat roaster.

Live Music
What happened so far
 Jovan Carreon performed with a casual, familial, and warm atmosphere. We enjoyed the performance very much.  On April 17 Grimey Blue gave an outstanding performance of country and blues music. We were impressed by their soulful music, especially when the harmonica came into play.
