Dear Eon Friends,
Come try our Coeur a la Creme dessert, available only this month. This dessert is freshly made with cream cheese and cottage cheese for a sweet delicacy.

Also available is our El Salvador coffee- available for only a limited amount of time. We are featuring this coffee as a Valentine special during the month of February.
This coffee, with a sweet fruity aroma and hints of chocolate and honey, won the Cup of Excellence in 2007. We hope you will enjoy the rich flavor and creamy body.

Figuring out the Cappuccino
So what's a cappuccino? A cappuccino is defined by it's ratio of milk to espresso. The traditional Italian ratio is 1/3 espresso, 1/3 milk, and 1/3 milk foam. Each section is around 2 ounces, thus a cappuccino should be around 6-8 ounces. (We do not serve cappuccinos larger than 8 oz.)
A quality cappuccino is made with great espresso and thick, heavy milk that is steamed silky smooth. You should be able to enjoy a strong espresso flavor with the creamy silk foam.
We do not call this (half dry foam,
half milk with espresso) a cappuccino:

The Big Read
Eon will be hosting The Big Read-A-Thon kick-off event on March 5. Come join us on March 5 (Thursday) from 12 noon to 9:00 pm.

Best Couple Contest!
From February 1- 14th (until Valentine's Day) we will be hosting a best couple contest. Come to the store to have your picture taken. Customers and employees will vote to select the winners. There will be 3 winners who will win a $20 giftcard. We encourage couples to put effort into having a matching theme or outfit.
