Our Mission: Cultural Leadership exists to create a more just and equitable community by educating high school students to recognize and resolve issues of privilege and injustice through the lens of the Afric.an American and Jewish experience.

Our Mantra: When our students see a problem, they grab an ally, or two, roll up their sleeves, and  get to work to make our world a better place.
Greetings!

Recently Cultural Leadership and our students have been featured in the news.  Below are links to all the stories.  Enjoy and please pass them along to friends and family.

PBS NewsHour with Jim Lehrer recently did a spotlight on St. Louis.  In an online accompaniment to the program, the Newshour sought out local high school students to speak about issues affecting our city--the current state of race relations, the economic crisis, the election of President Obama and thoughts after his first 100 days in office.  Five Cultural Leadership students' opinions were a part of this NewsHour Extra online called "Student Voices."
