Reporting Changes for Not for Profit Companies Limited by Guarantee

Changes to the reporting obligations of Not for Profit Companies limited by guarantee have been introduced. If you are a NFP limited by guarantee, you will, if you have not already, receive a letter from ASIC asking for the Company to identify itself as being in one of 3 categories.
