The Importance of the Enrolment Contract
  Graham Corney (Partner) and Nathan Donovan (Senior Associate) delivered a paper at the May 2009 LegalWise Seminar to other lawyers and school leaders titled 'Confronting Family Law Issues at the Time of Enrolment.'
This paper has been added to our Legal Resource Centre. The paper covers how various family law issues impact school enrolment and dynamics between the school and separated parents.
